Do I have a vaginal infection?

I gave birth to my beautiful daughter on the 20th, she tore me but not enough to have stitches, since then everything has gone fine, I'm healing well.. the last few days I have been sore and itchy around the clitoral area and when I stand for longer than a few seconds it feels like something is pushing down, I just passed it off as part of healing but today I felt quite painful, then felt like I had wet myself, went to toilet and saw that it was actually blood, since then it's just been aching, is this normal? just an infection?
