Was just robbed while in a Jewelry Store! What are my rights as a customer ?

I'm am an emotional wreck!!!! My husband & I were in a Jewelry store and it was robbed by 8-10 masked gunman. They entered through a Barred Security Door that can only be opened when someone buzzes you in. Well, somehow the door was left open and the literally rushed in and stared Smashing the glass cases as to garb the jewelry. In the process of this I left a very expensive handbag with my cell & other valuable on top of the glass case. One of the robbers grabbed it on the way out. I ran and ducked under the glass hitting my head after being lightly sprayed with maze. Thank God no one was hurt!!! My question is this: Is the store liable for the replacement of my stolen items? As I mentioned before the security door was left open which is how they got in to being with. I'm somewhat thing It could have been an inside job (considering the door was LEFT open) and robbers ALL started smashing the right sight of the store where the diamond rings were located and NOT touching the left side where the less expensive items were. Now, If one were to be on the outside looking into the store it is clearly obvious that the steel barred doors required someone to let them in, meaning there is NO WAY ANYONE would attempt to do what they did unless they KNEW the door would be open. It's one of the jail sell barred iron doors that cannot be pried open. So, either it was planned or they were just negligent. Are they responsible for my emotional stress and items stolen?? I'm seriously a wreck and have never been involved in anything like this!
