Since Reuters released photos, why won't Obama?

It's not just about gruesome, it's about not making more international enemies than we have to. If someone would have been there with a cell phone taking a video and release that... that's one thing... but for any government to officially release photos such as that would be taken as a political statement by the rest of the world, as it should be. Governments can't act like private entities when foreign policy/relations is involved.
