Is it possible i fainted or did i just slip?

OK so after school i go and help out at a preschool and yesterday when i went i tried to staple a border to a bulletin bored i decided to start from top to bottom but im short so i cudent reach the top so i garbed a chair and stood on top of it to reach the stapler wasn't working so i pushed it harder and the next thing i know im on the floor and my mouth is bleeding i don't rember how i fell if i slipped because i was wearing boots or if i just fainted for a second because i don't rember falling down and i got a deep cut on the bottom of my lip and 1of my front teeth got pushed back. so my ? is should i go see a doctor and or dentist for this? my tooth isn't loose but it does hurt and my cut is dried up already but its still open.
