Do I deserve a guy like him?

hi, first we're both 15, today in the morning at school, i as having bad cramps from my period... so my boyfriend walked me to class and he accidentally walked back into me and made me drop my binder and with out eve thinking, slapped him across the face, but almost immediately i started apologizing and crying... and he just gives me my binder and leaves with out even kissing me... he also didnt show up on our break... but then when i was leaving class to go to lunch he comes from behind hugging me and 'hey gorgeous' and i turned around again crying and apologizing... but then he just goes and buys a box of pizza for the both of us... then i tell him to put his head on my lap and i look where i hit him and i saw that i had left a bruise... then when lunch was over he walks me to class and kisses me... what do i do, how do i apologize because he is always so nice to me plz im crying as i type
