Does this guy like me?

Okay, so i tried talking to this guy last year but it didnt really work out. This year he was in my art class and he would always pick on me and he would make fun of my art projects and say they are really bad and he would call me a jerk and a meanie, and immature and a loserr. Then in the hallway he would hit me with his binder or push me and he called me a big jerk in front of his friends. for lacrosse we would sometimes have to wear our uniforms on game days and we would wear a bow and he used to try and untie it. He sometimes would text me every now and then and he would tell me when im having a good hair day and when he liked my outfit or my necklace. Are these signs that he might like me? Please let me know. And he does know i like him but he still calls me names like a jerk and stuff and he still texts me sometimes so he doesnt seem to mind that i like him. Someone help me out !
