Im looking for an anime but do not remember the name.?

It's about a boy. His father teaches him a secret martial art (assassination type) used by his family for generations so secret that if they were caught they must kill themselves i think, anyway the boy learns the art and in the first episode he fights a wrestler in a back alley or harbor. he ends up smashing the wrestlers head into a vendor machine i think. after watching the episode i realize the premise of the show was to put his arts against other with the wrestler being tough strong and hard to take down. I think the next episode was about fighting a very abrasive border line psychopathic teacher who is a judo expert. in the preview you see him teaching someone and because he is impatient with them he fractures the students skull for giggles. im pretty sure it had some variation of the the word fight in the title of the anime serious I watched it on the anime network channel i think. the main character was between 13 and 21 blond spiked some what stylish hair wearing a karate garb his father wore glass, dark hair short hair, big in stature
