Ke$ha Tic Toc video, where can I get those boots?

They're blk cowgirl boots (or maybe cowboy?) & they have white stitching on them & they have this metal type thing across one of the feet - what is that & where can I get that too (I'm sure it's not a horse kickin thing whatever they're called) I love those boots & want to try find some almost identicle, I would prefer the vegan version-they're cheaper too!! Can anyone help? maybe check out the video tic toc even if u don't like Kesha, hey all the music I like it's unusual 4 me 2 listen 2 her. BTW I'm in Australia.
