Should I keep on waiting on for the black women for me, or should I chase other race of women?

I'm 21 year old black male I like black women for someone reason seem not interested or take the time get to know me I guess they not used to being with a nicer person that will do something or give them nice thing, mine last check was a puerto rican, girl back in middle school since then I been trying mine hardest trying to attract black women but it seem these no good man keep garbing them. Their a nice looking White girl that live down the street from me and she have a huge crash on me what u think I should do?
