Trailer hitch shin injury now wound that won't heal over, suggestions?

while in the process of helping my aunt move i walked into the trailer tongue while it was sitting in the garage full of stuff to move in. 24hrs the doc said i should of had it stitched up. its been 3mo & i've been to the doc 3x now or more. its not healing. i'm not diabetic. its not infected anymore. been taking 600mg of pain reliever since accident happened. i've been on antibotics 2x now, still not healing over. i know it will leave a scar just like the one about 4" above the newest one. my left ankle is swollen. the wound keeps weeping or draining. i swear for every glass of water i drink it just drains out this hole in my left leg. help???
