What if you are a Muslim and Haven't garb up in a while should one take it's shahadah again?

Salam If we have not garb up in a while at the bathroom it is ok.But after that we should put on clothes for covering all of our privy parts.For women based on the Qur'an 33:59 should wear jilbab so only their faces and arms can be seen. We should take sahadah everyday when we hear adzan calling at least 5 times a day and make dua for Muhammad pbuh and sahabahs with their families too so we will be helped by Muhammad pbuh on the judgement day insya allah...
