The Guild (Rough draft, unfinished) C&C please!?

It's really unique... I'm not sure if there's any kind of message to it, though. Maybe this poem has a lot of "inside" references that make sense to you, but a lot of it comes off as unexpected or random. I also wonder why the last stanza is in past tense while the rest of the poem is in present tense.
