Why is it that you cannot wear a hat or a crash helmet into a bank but Muslim women can seemingly wear burkas?

In America, the powers that be are scared to death of the Muslims. Heaven forbid they follow the rules like the rest of us. Many small stores are requiring kids to not wear "hoodies" while in the store.....Muslim women excepted...again.
